Subscriptions next to payments
Chargebee manages recurring revenue, but a support agent shouldn't need billing access to answer "what are they paying for?". Ziikly pulls a customer's subscriptions and invoices by email into the same view as their Stripe payments and email state — so the plan, the next billing date and the invoice history are visible at a glance.
The connection uses a read-only API key, so Ziikly can display subscriptions and invoices but never change plans, issue refunds or cancel billing. Chargebee stays the source of truth.
How to connect
Chargebee → Settings → API keys → copy your API key. Enter it plus your site name (e.g. ziikly-test, the part before .chargebee.com).
