Yes. Ziikly is in its freemium phase — the knowledge base, all integrations, team members, the MCP endpoint and Ask AI are free for everyone. We're working out what's worth paying for, and will add paid features only when they're genuinely valuable.
What are the paid features going to be?+
The Pro plan will start with Ask AI — questions answered from your docs, what your team knows and your connected code — plus custom domains for your docs. Both are free right now, and we'll announce well in advance before anything costs money.
Will the MCP endpoint stay free?+
Yes. The MCP endpoint stays included on every plan — free included — now and after paid plans launch, so you can always connect your own AI agents to your docs.
Is my knowledge base public?+
No. Docs are private to your team by default — only members of your organization can see them. A public option may come later.
Is my data safe?+
