Kit matches on the subscriber email. Custom fields beyond the built-in ones (state, signup date, tags) are returned when configured, and only read-only API access is granted.

Can Ziikly change anything inside Kit?
No. Ziikly connects with a read-only V4 API key. It can display subscriber state, tags and signup date but can never send email, add subscribers or change anything in your Kit account.
How to connect
Kit uses V4 API keys only (v3 keys don't work). Create one under Kit → Settings → Developer → Add a new key (app.kit.com/account_settings/developer_settings). The key is shown only once.
