Recurly is built for recurring billing, but support and success teams shouldn't need billing access to see a customer's plan. Ziikly pulls an account's subscriptions and invoices by email into the same view as their Stripe payments and email state — so the plan, next billing date and invoice history are always visible.
The connection uses a read-only API key, so Ziikly can display subscriptions and invoices but never change plans or refund charges. Recurly stays the source of truth for billing.
