Shopify customer records need an email for the lookup to match. Draft orders, abandoned checkouts and refunds that post after the last sync appear as order state rather than separate events, and read-only admin credentials never allow edits.

Can Ziikly change anything inside Shopify?
No. Ziikly connects with a read-only Shopify Admin API token. It can display orders, products and customer state but can never change inventory, fulfil orders or edit anything in your store.
How to connect
Shopify admin → Settings → Apps → Develop apps → create a custom app with read access to customers and orders. Paste the admin API token and your store domain (e.g. my-store).
