Where Your Data Goes During A Single Lookup

Following one lookup from start to finish is the clearest way to understand where customer data goes. You search an email in Ziikly, and that address is sent to each connected tool, each tool answers with the records it holds, and the answers travel back to your browser as a customer profile. The journey has three stages: what leaves the source tool, what reaches your browser and what happens after the screen closes. The short version is that the data moves from your tools to your screen and then disappears, because nothing is stored in between.

What Leaves The Source Tool

The only thing Ziikly sends out during a lookup is the email address you searched, along with the read-only key that authorizes the request. Each connected tool receives the same simple question: what records exist for this address, and nothing else. Ziikly does not send browsing data, timestamps of your session or anything from other customers.

The tools answer with the records they hold for that email: charges and invoices from Stripe, tickets from the helpdesk, orders from the store. Because the key is read-only, the tool can return data but the request can never change it. What leaves each source is a single targeted query, and what comes back is scoped exactly to one customer.

What Reaches Your Browser

The answers from your tools are assembled into a profile and rendered in your browser. That profile contains payments, tickets, orders and conversations for the customer you searched, grouped by tool. It is built for your screen from live responses, and it exists only in the tab you are looking at.

Nothing about the profile is routed through a third party analytics service, and no copy is written into a database for later use. The data crosses the connection between Ziikly and your browser, and beyond that it has nowhere else to go. The profile is a view, not a record: it is drawn from your tools in real time and displayed once.

Nothing Persists After The Screen Closes

Closing the tab ends the lookup. The assembled profile is gone, the in-memory results are released, and no customer data from that search is written to disk to be found later. The next time you open Ziikly, there is no list of past searches and no cached customer records.

What does remain is your account and its configuration: the org, the connections and the encrypted keys that let you reach your tools again. That configuration is the difference between a fresh start every visit and being able to log in and search again. Customer data itself never joins that persistent set, which is why Ziikly can honestly say it stores none.

Frequently asked questions

Can Ziikly Staff See My Customers?

Ziikly staff can access your account only to provide support, and that access follows the same read-only limits as your own, without customer data being stored. No employee can browse customer data outside a support case, and nothing is logged beyond normal operational monitoring.

Does Ziikly Track Who Searched For Which Customer?

Ziikly keeps the operational logs needed to run and protect the service, but it does not build a search history of customer lookups for its own use. Past lookups are not shown to you or to the team, because the data is not stored.
